College Soccer News – National Team of the Week – Week Ending October 29, 2017

Stuart Holthusen – Senior – Forward – Akron Holthusen netted a hat trick to propel Akron past MAC foe West Virginia 4-0. He also contributed the helper on one of teammate Nick Hinds' two goals in Akron's 3-0 win over Pittsburgh. The Zips are 12-3-1 with a 3-1-0 mark in conference play. 
Frantzdy Pierrot – Senior – Forward – Coastal Carolina  Pierrot assisted on teammate Romario Piggott's goal in the Chanticleer's 1-1 tie with William and Mary and found the back of the net three times to power CCU past Appalachian State 4-0. The Chanticleers are 8-6-1 overall with a 2-1 mark in Sun Belt play.  
Davis Smith – Freshman – Forward – Massachusetts Smith converted a header off an assist from midfielder Alex DeSantis and contributed the assist on teammate Matthew Mooney's goal as Massachusett's topped George Mason 4-1 to improve to 12-2-3 overall. Davis has scored nine goals to date.  
Antonio Lokossou – Junior – Forward – UC Riverside Lokossou netted the game-winning goal with a double assist from Vincent Morales and Anthony Lopez to give the Highlanders a 2-1 come from behind win over UC Irvine. He also netted the game-winner in UC Riverside's 2-1 win over CSUN. The Highlanders earn a berth in the Big West Conference Tourney. 
Daniel Wright – Freshman – Forward – Duke Wright and his Blue Devil teammates had a productive week of play topping Delaware 2-1 and Virginia 1-0. Wright contributed a goal in the win over Delaware and netted the lone goal in Duke's win over the Cavaliers. Duke continues a banner season with a 12-3-2 overall record and a 4-3-1 mark in ACC play.  
Matt Danilack – Senior – Midfielder – Dartmouth Danilack's bicycle kick in the last minute of regulation game the Big Green the edge they needed to defeat Harvard 1-0. Midfielder Justin Donawa was credited with the assist on the game-winner. Dartmouth improves to 10-3-1 overall with a 4-0-1 mark in the Ancient Eight. 
Rafael Andrade Santos – Senior – Midfielder – VCU Santos sent a rocket into the back of the net from thirty yards out and placed a shot into the back of the frame from from five yards out to play a key role in VCU's 3-0 win over Maryland. He also scored and assisted on Francesco Amorosino's goal to help VCU top Rhode Island 2-1. The Rams are 10-4-0 overall with a 6-1-0 mark in A-10 play.  
Audi Jepson – RS Senior – Midfielder – Green Bay Jepson scored from eight yards out with Tomer Zloczower providing the assist to help the Phoenix top IUPUI 2-0. He also contributed the game-winning goal with a double assist from Cody Newton and Marcos Bautista in Green Bay's 1-0 win over Belmont. The Phoenix are 7-4-3 with a 6-1-1 mark in Horizon League play. 
Quinn English – Senior – Midfielder – Brown English was a factor in Brown's 1-0 win over UMass Lowell and 2-1 win over Ivy League foe Penn. He contributed the assist on teammate Toby Howell game-winner in the contest with UMass Lowell and scored and assisted on Nico Lozada's goal in overtime in the win over Penn. Brown is 8-4-2 overall and 2-2-1 in Ivy League play. 
Daivd Enstrom – Senior – Defender – St. John's  Enstrom's header with a double assist from teammates Alistair Johnston and Harry Cooksley proved to be the difference maker in St. John's 1-0 win over Georgetown in a key Big East Conference contest. The Red Storm also topped Big East foe Villanoa 2-1 behind a two-goal evening from Filippo Ricupati.    
Eric Dick – RS Senior – Goalkeeper – Butler Dick had a solid five save evening in goal in Butler's 2-0 shutout of Seton Hall in a Big East Contest. He followed that up with an eight save evening in Butler's 2-1 win over Marquette in Milwaukee. The Bulldogs improve to 11-4-1 overall and claim the Big East Conference Regular Season Title with a 7-1-0 mark in conference play.
