Team of the Week

Georgetown

Georgetown was just our Team of the Week in Week 7 but they have continued to stay hot. This past week they beat Seton Hall 4-0 and then hit the road to beat Pitt 6-1 last night. 10 goals in a week to extend their now eight-game winning streak. They are averaging an incredible 4+ goals per game during that stretch.

Offensive Player of the Week

Wilfer Bustamante – Junior – Forward – Furman

Wilfer Bustamante has found his scoring boots the last couple weeks. He scored a hat trick in 41 minutes to help Furman beat Virginia Tech this past week. This big scoring output comes after a brace and an assist against VMI the game before. Six goal contributions (5g/1a) in 86 minutes of action across the last two weeks is about as super sub as it gets.

Defensive Player of the Week

Enzo Panozzo – Graduate Student – Defender – SMU

Enzo Panozzo has been a consistent presence for SMU the past two years and has helped the Mustangs maintain an unbeaten season through 12 games in 2026 and five consecutive clean sheets. This past week Panozzo and the SMU backline kept a shutout against Stanford. It was a clutch 0-0 point as it keeps them ahead of Clemson in the ACC standings.

Goalkeeper of the Week

Jackson Ozburn – Senior – Santa Clara

Jackson Ozburn made eight saves to keep a 0-0 shutout against Saint Mary’s this past week following up a four save clean sheet against LMU the week before. The senior has now kept four shut outs this season with an impressive 82.1% save rate.

Freshman of the Week

Brown Huffard – Forward – William & Mary

Brown Huffard had three goals this past week scoring a brace against Navy and then adding one against Charleston over the weekend. The young forward has now scored in three straight games and eight goal contributions (7g/1a) in 865 minutes during his freshman campaign.
