Kutler's five goal performance in the Patriot League Tournament established a new Patriot League Tournament record. He scored three times in Colgate's 3-2 win over Army. He contributed another goal in Colgate's 3-1 win over Loyola and netted the lone goal for Colgate in their 1-1 tie at the conclusion of double-overtime with American in the Patriot League Tournament final. Colgate then prevailed 5-4 in a penalty kick shootout to secure the Patriot League Championship and the league's automatic berth in the NCAA Tournament. The Raiders claim its first Patriot League title since the 2011 campaign and advance to the NCAA Tournament for the sixth time. Colgate will learn their opponent in the NCAA Tournament when the tournament pairings are announced on Monday at 1 p.m. |
