 | Alex Henderson – Freshman – Defender – Georgia State – Henderson who hails from Ipswich, England was named to the Sun Belt Conference All-Tournament Team. He scored Georgia State’s lone goal in the 87th minute of their semifinal contest with Central Arkansas to knot the score at 1-1. Georgia State eventually prevailed 4-2 in a penalty kick shootout. Henderson was also part of a solid Georgia State defensive effort in a scoreless tie with Coastal Carolina after 110 minutes of play in the championship game. Coastal Carolina then prevailed in a penalty kick shootout. |
