 | Nia Christopher – Sophomore – Forward – Towson – Christopher was a force on the offensive side of the ball for the Tigers contributing a goal in Towson’s 2-0 win over Temple and netting a hat trick including the game-winning goal in overtime to propel the Tigers past Mount St. Mary’s 3-2. Towson is now 3-1-2 and will keep to seek the momentum alive when they host George Washington on Thursday at 7 p.m. in a CAA matchup. |
 | Mollie Belisle – Graduate Student – Forward – Georgia – Belisle is among the reasons why the Bulldogs are 5-1-0 and off to their best start since the 2013 season. She scored twice to play a key role in Georgia’s 3-1 win over Clemson and followed that up with another impressive two goal evening to help the Bulldogs top Wofford 5-0 on senior night. |
 | Grace Collins – Junior – Forward – TCU – Collins is a playmaker. She scored once in each stanza to help power TCU past Colorado 2-0 and contributed an assist on Michelle Slater’s game-winning goal to help the Frogs slide past Pittsburgh 1-0 on the road. The shutout was TCU’s fourth of the 2021 season. TCU ups their record to 5-0-0 and will travel to Tuscaloosa to square off with Alabama on Thursday and then to Columbus to face Ohio State on Sunday. |
 | Anna Podojil – Junior – Forward – Arkansas – Podojil adds firepower to the Razorback attack. She contributed a goal in each half to power the Razorbacks past BYU 2-0. Her first goal came out of a free kick with an assist from Jessica De Filippo. Her second goal was a volley over the top of the goalkeeper that was set up by a through ball from Parker Goins. Arkansas gets into the win column after season opening losses on the road to Duke and North Carolina. The Razorbacks will seek to up their win total when they host Stephen F. Austin on Monday and then travel to San Antonio to face Eastern Washington on Friday and Lamar on Sunday in the UTSA Invitational. |
 | Frankie Tagliaferri – Senior – Midfielder – Rutgers – Tagliaferri is a catalyst on the offensive side of the ball for the Scarlet Knights. She assisted on the goal scored by Samantha Kroeger and scored with an assist from Riley Tiernan in Rutger’s 6-0 thumping of Monmouth. She followed that up by scoring the Scarlet Knights first goal and assisting on the goal scored by senior forward Ali Amirah in Rutgers subsequent 5-0 win over LaSalle. The Scarlet Knights improve to 4-0-0. |
 | Joelle Anderson – Redshirt Senior – Midfielder – Pepperdine – Anderson came up big this week for the Wave. She scored the game-winning goal in overtime to give Pepperdine the edge they needed to top Lipscomb 1-0. She also scored the Waves first goal and contributed a helper on the first of two goals scored by teammate Tori Waldeck. She was a sparkplug on the offensive side of the ball with a total of eight shots in the two matches. Pepperdine has won three straight to improve to 5-1-0. |
 | Caitlin Cosme – Graduate Student – Duke – Cosme’s goal out of a free kick just outside the right corner of the 18-yard box was the difference maker in Duke’s hard fought 2-1 win over visiting Stanford. She is also part of a talented Duke backline that includes Emily Royson, Katie Groff, and Delaney Graham. The Blue Devils improve to 5-0-0 and will host non-conference foe East Carolina on Thursday at 7 p.m. before beginning Atlantic Coast Conference play. |
 | Maycee Bell – Junior – Defender – North Carolina – Bell controlled and then dispatched a loose ball in the box into the back of the net to give the Tar Heels the edge they needed to top Stanford 2-1 in overtime. She also is a key ingredient in a tenacious North Carolina defense that shutout Northwestern 2-0 earlier in the week. North Carolina improves to 6-0 during which time they have scored a total of 16 goals while allowing only 3. The Tar Heels will travel to the Sunshine State to face Florida in Gainesville on Thursday and UCF in Orlando on Sunday. |
 | Anna Smith – Senior – Goalkeeper – Southern California – Smith was rock solid in goal for the Trojans with 11 saves between the pipes in USC’s 1-0 win over Michigan in Ann Arbor. She also anchored a USC defense that shutout Western Michigan 5-0. The Trojans have now won three straight matches to improve to 3-2-0 after opening the season with losses to Pepperdine and BYU. |
