West had a very productive four goal week. She is now Pitt’s all-time leader in points with fifty-four.
In the Panthers 4-3 win over Boston College she converted a penalty kick and utilized her touch on the ball and quickness to create the space she needed to send a shot into the far corner. She also scored twice in Pitt’s 4-1 win over Navy.
The Panthers improve to 8-2-0 and will host a highly regarded FSU side on Thursday, October 15 in what shapes up to be a very exciting ACC contest.
