Jordyn Rhodes – Graduate Student – Forward – University Of Kentucky
Rhodes scored twice to power unbeaten Kentucky to a huge 2-1 win over nationally ranked Alabama in an SEC contest. Rhodes has nine goals including five game-winners on the season and now holds the Kentucky record for career goals with 45. She has been an impact player since arriving on campus as a freshman in 2019.
The win over Alabama was the Wildcats first over a ranked team since 2016.
Kentucky improves to 7-0-4 overall under second year head coach Troy Fabiano. The Wildcats will seek to keep their unbeaten streak alive when they continue SEC play with a contest in Knoxville on Thursday against Tennessee before returning to Lexington to face Vanderbilt on Sunday.
