Lucy Porter – Senior – Midfielder – Hofstra
Porter is a catalyst on the offensive side of the ball for Hofstra. She had another productive week of play beginning with a three-assist performance in Hofstra’s 4-0 win over Delaware in a Colonial Athletic Association contest. She followed that up by assisting on the two goals scored by senior forward Miri Taylor in the Pride’s 2-1 win in overtime against a determined UNCW team.
Hofstra has won nine-straight to improve to 12-1-0 with a perfect 4-0-0 record in CAA competition. The win over UNCW was the 200th career win for Hofstra head coach Simon Riddiough.
The Pride will continue CAA play when they host Northeastern on Thursday and William and Mary on Sunday.
