Medilah netted a hat trick to help power FGCU past Michigan four to three. He sent a header into the back of the frame and scored out of a set-piece just outside the fifteen-yard box in the first half of play. Medilah completed his hat trick with another successful header in the second half. It was a big season opening win for the Eagles. FGCU faces another highly regarded opponent when they square off with Michigan State in East Lansing on Monday. |
