Michelle Cooper – Sophomore – Forward – Duke
You need a goal. Dial Cooper. The Duke sophomore continues to find the back of the net on a consistent basis for the Blue Devils. This week her brace powered Duke past ACC foe Boston College 3-0. She followed that up with a two goal and two assist evening in Duke’s 6-0 win over a good NC State team in Raleigh. Cooper has nine goals and five assists on the season.
The Blue Devils improve to 8-2-0 with a 3-0-0 mark in ACC play. They have a marquee match coming up on Friday when they host Virginia. Koskinen Stadium in Durham will be rocking.
