Adjustments In The Relative Rankings Among Teams Occurred During Week Four Of The Spring Season Due To Several Upsets That Realigned The Rankings. Several Teams Dropped Significantly While Several Rocketed Upward. Whether The Teams That Dropped Can REGroup And Rebound And Whether Those Who Moved Upward Can Contiue At The Same Pace Remains To Be Seen.
