Bakero is a finisher. He drove a header into the back of the net after receiving a cross from Brandon Servania and sent a one-timer into the far-post that was set up by passes from Logan Gdula and Luis Argudo to lead the Demon Deacons past Virginia Tech 3-0 in an ACC Tournament Quarterfinal contest. Bakero is a playmaker who has scored thirteen times so far this year and contributed thirteen assists.
