Ryan Jorden, head coach at the University of the Pacific, joins the show this week to talk about building the Tigers program from scratch and almost immediately making it into a contender on the national scene.

In this week's episode, Coach Jorden talks about his background that in addition to coaching and being successful at a variety of levels, also includes a doctorate degree. He also discusses building the Pacific program from scratch and how he was able to follow a similar process to the one he used to make Cal Baptist an elite program at the Division II level. Finally, Coach Jorden talks about this year's team and its strengths as well as some ways for it to improve during conference play.
