Sandler Roed – Junior – Midfielder – Louisville
Roed displayed a ton of offensive firepower scoring three times and contributing the assist on defender Josh Jones game-winning goal to play a key role in Louisville’s 4-3 upset win over Notre Dame in South Bend in the quarterfinals of the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament.
Roed’s seven point game was the most by a Louisville player since the 1999 season. He has now has five goals and seven assists on the season. The Cardinals improve to 11-4-3 and will seek to keep the magic alive when they face Clemson on the road on Wednesday in the semifinals of the ACC Tournament.
