BRENDAN McSorley – Senior – Forward – Providence
McSorley was a difference maker for Providence in two solid Big East wins. He scored twice to help power the Friars past Connecticut 3-1 and scored and assisted on one of the two goals scored by Bruno Rosa in a 3-0 win over Butler.
McSorley has nine goals and one assist on the season for a Providence team that is unbeaten (5-0-1) in their last six games.
The Friars are 7-4-3 overall with a 4-1-2 record in Big East play. They close out regular season play with a game on the road against Seton Hall on Saturday.
