Air Force Forward Tristan Trager - College Soccer News National Player of the Week - Week Ending November 3, 2019

Tristan Trager Sophomore  Forward  Air Force

Trager had a very productive six goal week during which Air Force secured two wins in WAC play. 

He scored three times with teamate Lathan Spadafora assisting on each goal in Air Force's 4-3 win in double-overtime over Grand Canyon University. Tragen followed that performance up with his second hat trick of the week in a 3-2 victory over UNLV.

Air Force gains momentum and improves to 7-9-0 with a 6-4-0 record in WAC play.   

The Falcons will close out regular season play when they travel to Orem, Utah on Saturday to face a very good Utah Valley team. 

 

SMU Forward Garrett McLaughlin - College Soccer News National Player of the Week - Week Ending October 27, 2019

McLaughlin has been a force on the offensive side of the ball for the Mustangs all year. He was unstoppable in SMU's 7-1 win over Cincinnati scoring three times in the first twenty-four minutes of the contest and two times in the second half. He has scored a total of fourteen goals to date and contributed five assists.

SMU improves to 12-1-1 with a 3-1-1 mark in American Athletic Conference competition.

The Mustangs will close out regular season play when they host Connecticut on Friday and travel to Philadelphia to square off with Temple the following Tuesday.

Marshall Forward Milo Yosef - College Soccer News National Player of the Week - Week Ending October 20, 2019i

Milo Yosef RS Freshman Forward Marshall

Yosef was a force on the offensive side of the ball in the Herd's 4-1 win over Loyola Marymount and 5-1 win over San Diego State. In the win over LMU he scored twice and assisted on the goal scored by Jamil Roberts. He also scored twice in the win over San Diego State.

Yosef has ten goals so far this year to become the first Marshall player to place ten in the back of the net since 2011.

The Thundering Herd improves to 10-1-2. Marshall will seek to up their win total when they travel to face Wright State on Tuesday.    

Georgetown Forward Achara - College Soccer News National Player of the Week - Week Ending October 13, 2019

Achara Senior Forward Georgetown

Achara returned from injury and immediately made an impact with a three goal week.

He contributed a goal in Georgetown's 2-0 win over Lehigh on Tuesday and followed that up with a two goal evening on Friday in a 2-0 win over Seton Hall.

Georgetown improves to 9-1-1 with a 3-0-1 mark in Big East Conference play.

Achara and his Hoyas teammates have a tough contest Monday night when they travel to College Park to tangle with Maryland out of the Big Ten Conference.
